Teaching Evaluations
About teaching evaluations
The Department of Work and Organizational Psychology continuously evaluates its lectures and seminars. The teaching evaluations are based on all participants of a lecture or seminar. We use a scientifically developed questionnaire for the evaluations (cf. Diehl & Staufenbiel, 1997).
We provide the teaching evaluations of our lectures and seminars on our internet site. Our teaching evaluations are an alternative to various internet pages (e.g. meinprof.de) where the evaluations are limited regarding their representativeness or highly skewed due to the extreme attitude of a small group of students.
Under "Related Links" you can find the teaching evaluations of the teachers as well as of the lectures and seminars. The displayed percentages offer the possibility to compare the evaluations of our department with evaluations from all other department at the faculty of psychology. As a comparison we made use of a total of 180 lectures and 253 seminars, where the lecturer as well as the course has been rated.
