"Writing my thesis at the department of work and organizational psychology offered me the opportunity to collect data in Cape Town. This was a fantastic experience.

I learned a lot during the time of my diploma thesis. Currently, I'm working on my dissertation and during my studies at the department of work and organizational psychology I learned very much about desigining scientific studies. I think I gained pretty comprehensive knowledge about all important issues I have to keep in mind when planning, conducting, and analyzing the research I'm doing now. Studying at the department of work and organizational psychology was really a perfect preparation for what I'm doing now."
